Our Outdoor Furniture is made from Solid Cypress Wood. We warranty the product with a 1 year limited manufacturer warranty. While Cypress is a durable wood and resistant to most insects and rot, there is a chance of rot. We will replace any part on the swing within one year of purchase with original purchase receipt. All Wood that’s placed outside is subject to the elements that we do not control, furniture must be taken care of and cleaned regularly to keep the furniture in shape. All Wood placed outside is subject to checks, small cracks, We will not replace small checked wood.
**** We DO NOT Warranty any cypress furniture that has been painted. New growth cypress does not have the same properties as old growth cypress. Rotting will occur if painted. ****
After 1 year we will replace any parts for a fee based on the part needing replacement.

TWP makes a great product for staining outdoor wooden furniture. While not required, staining furniture protects the wood and is available in many popular colors. While each TWP Stain has some mold prohibitors in it, our Louisiana weather with extreme, heat, moisture, and rain, sometimes in the same day make it hard for any product to totally protect the wood. We recommend keeping the furniture clean and re applying stain as needed.
